Terminal Information

Gate:

  • 23 entry/exit lanes — 10 dedicated, all-purpose in-gate; 3 bobtail/bare chassis in-gate; 4 reversible; 8 out-gate lanes
  • 10 scales for exports/outbound loads
  • Dedicated trucker help desk

Berths:

  • 4 berths, totaling 4,000 feet
  • Mean low water depth in excess of 50 feet
  • Twelve Super post-Panamax container cranes
  • Dockside rail spur for direct interchange of out-sized or heavy-lift cargo between rail and vessels
  • Adjacent to ship-turning basin and deep sea channel

On-Dock Rail:

  • 8 working tracks with capacity for up to 3 double-stack trains at a time
  • Overall capacity for 645 double-stack railcars, plus additional capacity for 74 railcars adjacent to terminal
  • Accessible by Union Pacific, Burlington Northern, and Santa Fe railroads
  • Boxcar transloading capabilities
  • 10 mobile, rail-mounted gantry cranes

Container Yard:

  • 300 acres
  • Wheeled and grounded operations, ability to reconfigure wheeled and grounded areas as necessary
  • On-site maintenance and repair shop for containers, reefer equipment, and chassis
  • 12 transtainers (RTGs), plus 14 side- and top-picks for grounded operations
  • More than 600 reefer plugs, with reefer monitoring available 24/7
