Eagle Marine Services and its affiliates ("EMS" or "we" or "our") are committed to maintaining the privacy of users who access our Web site (the "Site"). 1. Information Collected on the Site

EMS does not request or require any information from anonymous visitors to the Site. In the future, EMS may collect information from those users who wish to conduct business transactions (i.e. buy or sell products or services) on the Site and who have registered on the Site ("Registered Users").

The EMS website may contain live or recorded image broadcasts which may be accessible by users of the Site. No audio recordings are made by EMS. The images are collected by EMS for use in its business operations and are not provided by EMS to third parties other than through such broadcast.
